Analysis of Poetical Text.

Scheme.

1. Define the type of poem: narrative, lyric, ballad.

2. Define the poem theme, idea, problem.

3. Is the poem titled or untitled? How is the title connected with the poem itself?

4. Who is the poem addressed to?

5. Define the rhyme(рифма).

6. Is it a poem with well-defined rhythm(ритм)?

7. Define the stylistic devices(стилистические приемы) used in the poem.

-epithet (эпитет)

-metaphor (метафора)

-similie (сравнение)

-exaggeration (преувеличение)

-personification (олицетворение)

-repetition (повтор)

-alliteration (аллитерация)

-others

8. Define the style: high, neutral, ironic, sarcastic.
